Traditional & Raspberry Return!
2011 Traditional now available! We're calling it Texas drought mead and it's wonderful! This honey season was rough on every living thing in the state. Our favorite beekeepers, Kenny & Wendy Reed gave their bees a respite from the Texas dry heat and took them up to Nebraska, where they produced some amazing raw clover honey. Our new traditional features this honey. It is clear, with a herbal nose, grassy & complex, it is semi sweet & truly amazing! Also back by popular demand, is raspberry. This semi-sweet mead is tart & light with a fresh berry finish.
Our goal and our passion is to make the freshest and most unique, natural Texas meads that you will ever encounter. Our commitment to quality, locally sourced ingredients and small batch - hands on production techniques ensure exceptional quality and taste in all of our artisanal Texan honeywines.
We invite you to experience the amazing taste of what many believe to be mankind's oldest fermented beverage- now made with the finest Texas honey imaginable.
Come taste the amazing versatility of finely crafted honeywines at our tasting room The Hive.
