Orange Spice
Wildflower honey fermented with orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg & clove. Dry.
Honeywine fermented with orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Wonderful citrus nose. Many liken the taste of our orange spice to a spiced sake. Great as a hot wassail or summer cocktail.
Summer cocktail recipe:
In a large pitcher, mix the following:
1 can of concentrated frozen orange juice.
1 bottle of orange spice mead
1 cup of sugar
2-4 tbsp. of your favorite honey
1 cup of crushed ice
1 thinly sliced orange
Stir well & Enjoy!
